GPS Instructions
Set GPS to Quincy District Court, One Dennis F. Ryan Parkway, Quincy, MA 02169; the courthouse is located directly across the street is the entrance to the municipal parking lot.

From Points North, including Boston
Take Route 93 South (Southeast Expressway). Bear left onto Route 3 (Exit 7 at the 128 split). Take the first exit (Exit 18 Quincy Adams T/Braintree). On exit ramp, bear left and follow the signs for Quincy Center. This will put you on the Burgin Parkway. See directions below from the Burgin Parkway.

From Points West (MetroWest and MetroSouth)
Take Route 128 South. Follow 128 South which will merge into Route 93 North. Follow 93 North to Route 3 South (Cape Cod). Take first exit (Exit 18 Washington St./T Station) On exit ramp, bear left and follow the signs for Quincy Center. This will put you on the Burgin Parkway. See directions below from the Burgin Parkway.

From Points South (Cape Cod)
Take Route 3 North to Exit 19 (Quincy Center/Quincy Adams T). Follow signs for Quincy Center. This will put you on Burgin Parkway. See directions below from the Burgin Parkway.

From Points Southeast (Fall River, New Bedford)
Take Route 24 North to Exit 21A (93N, Boston). Follow 93 North to Route 3 South (Cape Cod). Take first exit (Exit 18 Washington St./T Station) On exit ramp, bear left and follow the Signs for Quincy Center. This will put you on the Burgin Parkway. See directions below from the Burgin Parkway.

From the Burgin Parkway
Follow Burgin Parkway through 4 sets of lights. At the 4th light, take a right onto Walter J. Hannon Parkway. At the 2nd set of lights, take a left onto Dennis Ryan Parkway. There is a municipal parking lot located across the street from the Quincy Court House. Parking prices are listed below.

From the Red Line T Station (Quincy Center):
Exit station onto Hancock Street and go right. Walk approximately 2 blocks to intersection of Hancock and Granite Street. At intersection, cross Granite and Hancock. Streets. (There is a pedestrian crossing signal for this.) Follow Hancock Street in the same direction for one more block to Cottage Avenue. (Alba’s Restaurant is on the corner.) Cross street, take a left onto Cottage Avenue and follow for approximately ¼ of a block. The entrance to 15 Cottage Avenue is on your right and has a glass door entrance.

Parking
There is a municipal parking lot on the right, one block up from Cottage Street. (The Quincy Courthouse is on the left.) The SSWIB office is located on the third floor of The Fours Restaurant. The entrance to the building is located on Cottage Avenue. There is limited on-street parking; on-street parking is free for the first two hours. Parking lot rates are:

  • First hour Free
  • Hour 1 – 2 $1.50
  • Hour 2 – 3 $3.00
  • Hour 3 – 4 $4.00
  • Hour 4 – 5 $5.00
  • Hour 5 – 6 $6.00
  • Hour 6 – 7 $7.00
  • Hour 7+ $8.00

    The MA Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) is now available to assist Massachusetts businesses train their workers and any new hires. Detailed information can be found at the state website (www.mass.gov/wtfp). There are several important changes to the grants including a rolling application process for the General Grants. The South Shore Workforce Investment Board is always available to answer questions and to assist businesses interested in applying for a Workforce Training Fund Program Grant.VIEW SITE
